Wooden Tiny tags

I experimented today with cutting out tags with the new PTI Tiny Tags die using thin wooden paper I purchased at Michaels. I found this wooden type paper on one of the end caps near the scrapbooking things. The website listed on the back is www.creativeimaginations.us. They are sooo cute! They'd look really great on a masculine card with trees or leaves. The great things is that with one pass of the die cutting machine and this die, you have 10 tags! I inked around the edges with the tea dye duo to give it a more depth. I also tried some wooden buttons - also turned out great!

Having fun with new Papertrey stamps

I've been having fun playing with my new Papertrey Ink stamps and dies the last few days! Being a quilter, I am just thrilled to be able to make "fabric" swatches and buttons for my cards, as well as pretty felt flowers and pins. That, added to the fact that I'm going to be a new grandma in August, has me creating all kinds of pink and blue things. Such fun! Here are a few of my latest creations.
My felt flowers, made with Button Boutique stamp set and Beautiful Blooms 2 die 3, and my own felt.
This felt flower also used the little Bitty Background stamp for the gingham square.
A baby card using Bitty Background gingham square, and pinked die, Button Boutique and Night, Night Moon stamp sets, and a tiny tags from the new Tiny tags stamp set.

I also discovered the new Background Basics gingham stamp - the smaller gingham - is the same size gingham as the Bitty Backgrounds stamp. So I stamped Fillable Frames 5 diecut in pink and the sentiment from I/O Baby in blue.
Hope you enjoy! I sure did enjoy making them!
